The cost of a website under this offer averages 30% less than Standard Service.
Before we can start on your project, we will need you to fill out a project questionnaire. This comprises 2 project briefs where you will provide us with the important information regarding your company, business, products and services. All information and materials will remain private and confidential at all times.
3. Content Management Systems
Our websites are based on one of the best Open Source systems available on the market at the moment i.e. WordPress and Magento. They are well known for their straightforward management and spectacular SEO performance.
The payment process is in 2 stages.
The first stage requires you to make a 50% of deposit which is non-refundable after starting on a project. We do not commence a projects until we resource all the materials requested by a customer. The Deposit can be paid online by credit or debit cards, by cheque or bank transfer.
Once the project is complete, i.e. you approve the final website, we move on to the 2nd and final payment stage which requires you to settle the outstanding balance.
Invoices will be sent for both transactions. The final website will either be hosted by us or installed by us onto your choice of a server after the final payment.
NOTE After the project has commenced, any extra materials added at a later stage may be incur an additional charge as per our online price system or per hourly rate of €60 ex. VAT.
5. What our service includes
a. Free hosting untill the end of the year in which the website was launched.
b. If you prefer we can install your website on your choice of hosting service, following receipt of the final payment. But this should be requested in our Project Brief prior to commencing the project. Otherwise extra charges may be incurred.
c. Our standard service includes up to 3 hours of changes.
6. What is charged extra
a. Meetings with customers.
b. Changes that incur more than 3 hours.
c. Logo design.
f. Sourcing new images for galleries, resize and edit more than 10 images to adjust them to galleries or product catalogue or shop online.
g. Setting up email address (e.g. email@example.com).
h. Email web system if required.
Any extra work not included is charged accordingly at our hourly rate of €60 ex. VAT.
7. Completion Time
Average time for completion is 4-5 weeks from the day we receive all requested materials from the customer. This is based on a customer response time (ie your response to queries) of less than 2 working days in each instance. Time of completion depends heavily on the customer’s responses.
